When I was watching the movie, I thought it was noteworthy that a black guy was part of this elite squad making history, and then I find out later that part’s made up. It’s only about the hundredth time I’ve seen that in a movie lately- an insulting marketing gimmick directed towards black people who they think want to feel "included" at the expense of being lied to. And why stop there? Where’s my Asian, Native American and Pacific Islander members of the team? While we’re changing things around, might as well make one of the Taliban leaders a woman. Only fair really.
